Saying Goodbye to Our Dead

cemeteryIn this article posted from The Wellness Universe, I talk about how important it is to say goodbye to our dead. We are grieving, and so are they, and saying goodbye helps both sides move on. It doesn’t mean we can’t continue to connect with them over time, but it acknowledges that a change has occurred, and keeps the energy moving.

Saying Goodbye to Our Dead will help you with your grief. And your beloved dead as well.

Say goodbye to loved ones BEFORE you die, because we often don’t know when that will be. It helps us be grateful for our loved ones, and eases the transition for both sides when you die. A national day of saying goodbye would help us appreciate each other, alive and dead.

Saying Goodbye to Our Dead

bald eagleDying can be confusing. First tell the dead they have died, even if years have gone by. Then tell them you love them, say goodbye, and urge them to slough off the denser earth energies and go to the afterlife when they’re ready. You can both connect easier that way. This gives wings to energy.
